Privacy policy
Last updated 14 October 2026
Carry Culture is run by Kyle Wicker. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or buy from us, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- your name, email address and phone number
- your delivery address, and your billing address if it’s needed for payment
- what you ordered and how much you paid
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
If you email us, we keep your email and our replies so we can help you. We don’t run a mailing list, and this website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
- to take payment and make and deliver your order
- to send your receipt, delivery updates and tracking details
- to help with questions, problems, returns and refunds
- to keep the business records the law requires
We will never sell your information or use it for marketing without asking you first.
Who we share it with
We only share what each service needs to do its job:
- Stripe processes your payment and sends your receipt.
- Printful, our print partner, makes your bag and sends it to you. It receives your name, delivery address, phone number and email.
- Delivery carriers receive what they need to deliver your parcel.
- Vercel hosts this website and keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
Some of these companies store information outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. Each one has its own privacy and security obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax and consumer law purposes, usually 5 years, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a complaint about how we have handled it. Email hello@carryculture.com.au and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
